Dear Roommate,
It's pretty simple really...MILK SPOILS!!! Whether its in the fridge or not, putting the cap back on is kinda necessary to keeping it fresh. I wouldn't bitch if you didn't do this EVERY TIME. What the hell is wrong with you?

If you feel so bad about the Milk, don't buy so much of it...the gallon cartons finish quicker, and thus stay fresh until unopened...and educate this dick! i had a roomate who could not boil a pot of water, for chrissakes!
milk doesn't go bad from being left open...
