Dear Roommate,
I honestly can't live in silence anymore.
Somebody has to tell you that these portraits you paint of your girlfriend SUCK!!! It wouldn't bother me so much if you didn't insist on decorating our apartment with them.
Face it, you're getting a C- in art appreciation for a reason.

Yeah, that painting isn't bad. I've seen much worse.
I've seen worse, but it is pretty creepy...
If I were his g/f, the roommate wouldn't have to bitch him out,I WOULD!!! The painting isn't so bad, but damn he has her looking so harsh,and stern! Has he ever heard of a soft look! Go get him g/f!!!
P.S.: The roommate has my sympathy if these paintings are hanging all over the house...you would feel like your mother is watching you saying,clean your room, pick that up,brush your teeth!....I'm just weirded out by it myself!
It it me, or does she have the facial features of a man. Also he neesds to do a better job contrasting the figure with the background. No wonder he is getting a c-.

I think the painting's good. The girlfriend, however, is ugly.
If the girl looks like the painting, then I'd say his artistic abilities are the least of his problems. That said, it does look like a paint by number.
I think it's a nice painting. It's not cool to fill the entire apartment with them, though.
